ICU stories:
Young pt w hx of anxiety-depression/HTN/obesity/ presented to the ED w weakness & “near loss of consciousness” ~4 pm. Also reported being dizzy & sweaty. She stated that she ate very early in the morning & had not had anything else to eat since then other than ice.
